It was reported on 10th January, that the Judicial Police, through South Board and with the collaboration of PSP Olhão and Volunteer fire fighters had identified and arrested a man for attempted murder.
On 6th January, in Olhão, the arrested person armed with a shotgun gun opened fire at a 36-year-old man. The shot hit the victim in the abdominal area. His life was saved by the prompt intervention of the medical services and transported to the Hospital of Faro.
The detainee age 26 years will appear for intial judicial interrogation and application of enforcement measures.
