On 19th August the GNR Albufeira Sub-Division caught red handed a 29-Year-old man indicted for the crime of theft.
At about 20:00 hours, the suspect went into a restaurant, where they were GNR staff present, and walked up to some customers on the pretext of deliver promotional Flyers, when you put them on top of a cell phone belonging to a client at a table, with the aim of the theft.
The GNR present became aware of this and apprehended the person who was previously known for this type of theft.
The Detainee was present to the public prosecutor of the department of investigation and prosecution of Albufeira and subject to end of identity and residence.
